The science

Purity is the product.

Research only means something when the material is what the label says. Here's how we keep it that way — from synthesis to the COA in your inbox.

Single-compound, by design

Blended products hide variables. When two or more peptides share a vial, a researcher can't isolate what produced an effect, and can't be sure of the dose of any one component. Every Sonara vial holds one named compound at one stated mass, so the only variable is the one being studied.

Synthesis & sourcing

Our peptides are produced by solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) at facilities that follow documented quality processes. Each compound arrives with manufacturing documentation that we keep on file and reference against incoming-batch testing.

Independent testing

Before a batch is listed, a sample is sent to a third-party laboratory for identity and purity analysis — typically HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation. The resulting Certificate of Analysis is tied to a lot number and published, so the document you read matches the vial you receive.

We publish what the lab measured. We do not publish dosing protocols, human-use instructions, or therapeutic claims — these materials are not approved for use in humans or animals, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Handling & storage

Peptides are supplied lyophilized (freeze-dried) for stability. For long-term storage, lyophilized material is best kept desiccated at −20°C. Once reconstituted for laboratory work, stability varies by compound; researchers should follow established lab handling practices.

What "research use only" actually means

It means these materials are sold for in-vitro and laboratory research by qualified individuals. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice or a recommendation for human use.

Common questions

Are these products for human use?

No. All Sonara Biolabs products are for laboratory and research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.

What testing do you do?

Each batch is independently assayed for identity and purity. The Certificate of Analysis is matched to the lot number on your vial.

How are products supplied?

Lyophilized in sealed vials with a lot-matched COA, handed off in person locally. See the Policies page for pickup & delivery details.

Who can purchase?
